These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings made with Explorers Tours, based in Vourvourou, Halkidiki. By making a reservation, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
2. Booking & Payment
All bookings are subject to availability.
A reservation is considered confirmed only after full or partial payment is received.
We accept payments via credit card, bank transfer, or cash (where applicable).
Prices are listed in Euros (€) and include VAT.
3. Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the activity.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour start time are non-refundable.
In case of no-show, the full amount is charged.
If we cancel due to weather or safety concerns, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
4. Weather Conditions & Safety
Activities may be adjusted or cancelled depending on weather and sea conditions.
Our team reserves the right to cancel any activity if it’s considered unsafe to proceed.
Safety instructions must be followed at all times. Participants not following rules may be excluded without refund.
5. Participant Requirements
All participants must be in reasonable physical condition.
Children under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Life jackets are mandatory and provided for all water activities.
Please inform us in advance of any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs.
6. Insurance & Liability
Participants join activities at their own risk.
Explorers Tours holds third-party liability insurance.
We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury unless caused by proven negligence.
7. Equipment
All equipment is regularly maintained and checked for safety.
Damage caused by misuse or negligence may be charged to the participant.
8. Use of Photos & Videos
During activities, we may take photos or videos for promotional purposes.
If you prefer not to appear, please inform our team before the activity starts.
9. GDPR & Data Protection
Personal data collected during booking is used solely for service provision and communication.
We do not share or sell personal data to third parties.
